Replaced all my windows and a couple of doors. Boca Impact did a great job. Due to my job, I am detail oriented. After the install I couldn’t find anything to complain about. They are very transparent and great at communicating with the client. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

I qualified for the Florida My Safe Homes Grant. After reviewing the list of contractors permitted to work with this grant, I decided to go with Boca Impact Glass and Windows. I have been extremely impressed with this company. I highly recommend them and will hire them again. Joe, my salesman, was thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and congenial. He was very easy to get into touch with. Jodi, the office assistant,, answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through the forms that I needed to complete for the city of Wellington and the state program. She even helped expedite the rebate program offered by the window and door company. The crew was on time, polite, diligent, neat and friendly. John was here at inspection time to greet the Wellington Inspector. He also discussed the permit paperwork needed for the state and insurance company. This company is a model for which all Florida companies should aspire.

I just wanted to pay a compliment to your team and in particular to Johnny Smith. He was hard-working, professional and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable giving him the codes to our two units. He is the ideal post installation employee. He cleaned all the windows of the stickers and even saw that our impact front door was a little crooked and tried to repair it. The final inspection was flawless. That was exemplary behavior in an employee going above what was required for the job. Thank you for a great installation,….

These guys are great! Everyone from the person helping us with our contract and quote to the installers was friendly and professional. And I’m not just saying that bc they loved on my dog, which is the quickest way to make me love you 🙂 (but they were super sweet with our nosey English Bulldog) A great experience all around. We are super happy the way our new front door and sliding glass doors and windows turned out and highly recommend them.

We recently changed our sliding doors and windows with Boca Impact. They are professional, clean, quick. We did a lot remodeling last year and went through many Florida companies, this is the only one I can’t complain about. Keep it up guys

I have no words to describe the excellence in workmanship for the ENTIRE staff and crew. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The crew came on time. Heath explained everything to me in layman terms and answered all my questions. My calls were returned promptly and Jodi and Valerie went the extra mile in helping me with the paper work for My Safe FL Grant and all that my insurance company required. From Matt, Staff and Crew the work was totally professional and efficient. The crew cleaned the work area and I did not even have to pick up a broom after them. I wish they did other types of construction. I never had a company of such excellence before.

Boca Impact installed every window and door in my home 2 years ago. They continue to offer exceptional customer support. They have come to my house for repairs/ service since install. I have yet to find a company that offers this superior customer service. Two days ago, when we had torrential rain, I noticed water intrusion above one set of sliders. Matt, the owner, was at my house in less than half an hour. It was NOT due to their product/install, but Matt correctly diagnosis it was a roof leak. While Matt was leaving, both Heath (sales) and Johnny ( post install Mr. Fix-it), best people ever, were also in route to my house. I discussed with Matt that I do not leave reviews, but this is the one exception. In this day and age, I challenge anyone to find a company that offers exceptional sales, service, and continued support as I have experienced with Boca Impact Window & Doors.
