Really enjoyed meeting Tim this afternoon. My biggest compliment is for communication. While it took a couple of days to get together, due to my schedule, Tim was prompt with calling, leaving messages, returning my calls, etc. To me, that is huge and real customer service. His work was thorough and complete with the occasional chats with me. Great service and I will certainly recommend you to others as the needs arise!

The spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. I called two door companies. Nobody answered. The third did. It was Tim, the owner of Eastern Iowa Overhead Door. He fixed it the same afternoon. Thank you, Tim!

Our garage door opener was having issues at 8 pm the night before. First thing in the morning I called Eastern Iowa Overhead Door. By 3 in the afternoon Thayne arrived. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional, polite, and did a GREAT job! I highly recommend them. Eastern Iowa is the best!

Scheduled our garage door repair within hours of calling and showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Raynor Door where we purchased our garage door would not even schedule the repair for the next day let alone the next week. We were not able to get our vehicles out very easily due to the condition of the door since the cable snapped on the side. Thank you Tim for the great service.

Fantastic service. The owner (Tim) called me back right away and was very professional and prompt. Service was completed within a day or so of calling and their work was impeccable. Very glad that I was referred to them as I had been waiting weeks to even get a call back to schedule work by another company. I will definitely be referring anyone to this company!

Tim and his crew are so attentive to their customers needs! They are also always so quick to respond! Rain or shine (or bitter cold) they are right there! I know they will answer any questions I have. My garage door seal froze to the ground last winter and began to sag. We limped it *sadly* along and tossed around the idea of fixing it ourselves. We had waited one day too long and discovered we needed an expert. One conversation with Tim and he was out the next morning (the day before Christmas mind you) to fix it! If you ask me. It was our best Christmas gift to have that issue handled by a pro! Anyone I hear in need of a garage door, Tim and his crew will be my first and ONLY recommendation! Thanks again guys!

Tim came out the day I called him and fixed my door that would not go up or down. I was so relieved that he did that because I have a special-needs child I’m raising, and it was such a relief to know that we could both feel safe at night. Thank you Tim for doing that so quickly for me and my child. .
