We just had a sliding door installed by Southwest Window & Door. Every step of the process, from the quote to the installation, was professional and thoughtful. The final results are amazing. We will definitely use them again.

Multiple visits required to correct errors in installation. Installers poorly trained and/or didn’t care. It’s up to you the customer to find the errors since the installers are happy to leave cracked wood frames in doors, Unsealed exterior door borders, and other oversights and errors they hope you won’t notice. Not very professional at all. I was charged about $2,000. per hour per door labor for two doors to be installed. And it still wasn’t done right and had to have follow up visits. I could stick my little finger from inside the house to outside the house between the door and the door weather stripping. I thought I was getting Anderson doors because I wasn’t talking about any other products but Anderson. Instead I got much lower quality and cost per door. I’m not even sure if they are double pane? It was never made clear when I was talking about Anderson Windows and getting Anderson doors that the doors would not be Anderson. It was pretty clear I was trying to get good quality and not cheap poor quality.

We went through the Home Depot for our window replacement project. Southwest Window and Door handled our project. They were on time, very knowledgeable and experts in window replacement. Will came out to measure the windows and did a great job. Nicholas, John and Tim ( the installers) were professional and courteous. We highly recommend Southwest Window and Door for your window replacements.
