They left our doors out in the rain without letting us know that they were throwing them out. After calling and talking with Rob one of the owners he noted we should have asked for our property back and did not take accountability for the lack of of professionalism in not communicating with us about them doing that without asking if we wanted them back. When asking for them to give us the the same doors he refused to paint them. While we could have gone to small claims, it didn’t seem worth $500, but definitely worth letting other customers to try another vendor. While they said they “recycle doors” in reality they toss out perfectly good doors that fill our landfill and could have been donated to those in need.

Great to deal with – all of the staff members! They helped me a lot with old doors and new keys. We had some problems at my house and this company was great to resolve all of my issues and fix my doors, locks, and key issues. So pleased with Deschutes Window & Door Co Inc. and glad they are close by!

Best guys EVER! Mickey was super helpful with helping decide on doors and trim. Can’t say enough about how great he is to work with. I’m building a house for the first time, and I obviously know nothing. Mickey was very informative And gave me gobs of good advice. Thanks so much!

I called an hour before closing, and I was told the person responsible for commercial doors had left for the day. They had me leave a message Chris. I never heard back from Chris or anyone else from this company. I bought my door from Bell Hardware eventually.
