Called them a week ago to come give me a bid to replace my door that was rotted. Tech came out a few days later and told me I would have my bid by end of next business day. 4 days later I have received no bid and they are not answering or returning any phone calls.

My spring had broken and locked my car inside the garage, and I needed to get it out. Other repair shops could not get to it for a day or two. When I called ACS, they scheduled me for that afternoon. The repairman and lady were competent, friendly, and helpful. They replaced the spring, serviced the rollers, etc., and noticed a repair that needed doing, which they did for a nominal fee. I was glad that I got ACS for my repair job. If I have another problem, I know whom to call.

I ordered doors in January gave 50% deposit never heard from them 8 weeks go by no returned calls, emails etc… no nothing, finally contacted credit card company and disputed the charge due to lack of service . Very dissatisfied… highly unprofessional no matter what the reason … no excuse for no service, no call back,no apologies, no nothing A one star is to high of a rating …

Set up an appointment with this company. Estimator never showed and I called and called, with no response. I went elsewhere

Highly recommended. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote as well as all follow up questions. They provided detailed information up front with a positive attitude. The install was done quickly and professionally. Edit: I’ve lowered by review from 5 to 3 stars based on my second experience with them. After multiple attempts a technician was unable to do a simple weather stripping install correctly. The company was responsive but the technician seemed to not take pride in his work and that didn’t seem to bother the company. Additionally he left loose screws in my driveway.
