Buyers Beware Windows failed with in 2 weeks of install. Roger and his wife or ex/wife won’t honor their warranty. Won’t return any emails. Won’t return phone calls unless I keep calling. All of my windows the vinyl has burnt in the sun and needs complete replacement. 1 window was already replaced and it is failing at the same rate as the others. My attorney is now getting involve so we can recoup the Costa and have windows replaced with a professional company like Milguard

Was looking into getting a window replaced in my room and my contractor had used them in the past So he decided to use them again they gave him a quote then he went back to see about ordering the window they treated him like absolute garbage. We went in waited for almost a half hour when no other customer was even in there. They continued to ignore him so he got up to look around and over heard the staff making a comment on how ” This guy is still here” in spanish ..fyi don’t speak Spanish if your going to be rude about a customer if you dont know if they speak spanish or not. So we just left. I will never do business with this place and neither will he and I will make sure no one I know does either. Their business must being doing really well for them to treat customers this way. Went to another place already and got a better quote anyway so thank for saving me money.

A gem of a small business. They were able to make a window that the big boxes said didn’t exist. Shop small, shop local. They will for sure get more business from me.
