Window World of Harford County is a wonderful company to work with. The quote was reasonable, honest, and easy to understand. The windows were ordered and installed in the time frame we were given. The install was hassle free, and the windows look beautiful. I made a mistake on correspondence, and they were very kind and understanding in helping me correct it. Great company!

I just had 6 windows replaced today by Window World. From the ordering of the windows to the installation everything went smoothly. The price was better than what I thought it would be. The gentlemen that installed the windows, on just about the hottest day, were absolutely wonderful! You can tell they take pride in their work! A great experience!!!

Window world replace all of the builder’s grade windows in our house summer 2018. We also had them install a new picture window in the dining room and a matching new window in the sun room. Very professional and job very well done. 2024 Update: Window World replaced 2 windows in the Sunroom with a Bay Window. The bay window was very heavy, and the three installers had a real challenge lifting it into place. They got it done and kept everything nice and clean. And they went over the top by getting shingles that matched our roof. One of the installers had just put the same roof on his house, and had left over shingles. Great Job and the window is beautiful.

From the sales meeting to the installation, the team at Window World was top notch. We have an older home and needed all windows replaced, including two large picture windows. Our sales rep was upfront and clear with the windows and pricing. The office team was wonderful in working with us on an installation date. And the install team, two very capable and very experienced window installers, were considerate of our home while doing the tough and potentially dirty / dusty work of removing / installing the windows. Summarizing, the window quality is good, the price right, and the team of staff — especially the installers — were excellent. We’ve got an updated home now and all the windows look and are fantastic.

Window World in Bel Air replaced windows and installed siding for us. All staff that we dealt with were knowledgeable and pleasant. They were up front about pricing. And they worked around our schedle. The installers were on time and extremely nice.The windows and siding look fantastic. We will use them again for other projects.

We had a great experience with Window World. We purchased a new door, shutters, and all new windows. The door installer was so kind and lovely to speak too. Helped me with picking out a door knob and gave me time to run out and get one. The windows and shutters did not disappoint. The install happened exactly how they described so we were prepared in advance. All around great experience!!!!

John, Jeanie, Darrin, Emily, Seth and the rest of the team have been awesome to work with. From our whole house job in 2019 through present day, they’ve always been fairly priced with excellent service and professionalism. Loyalty truly matters and they have ours. That’s for sure. Thanks guys!

We went looking for windows for our home had three quotes We went with window world Jeanne was the best. She showed us windows explained everything even down to each window had a number if needed any repairs in the future. John came out with Jeff to make sure measurements were accurate. When installation day came Michael and Peter installed all the windows very professionally and had them all done in a day. They were great!!! I would recommend John and Jeanne at Window World in BelAir one hundred percent. Their staff is wonderful Thank you guys !!!

Window World Harford installed 10-windows, 1-slider and 1-bow window in my home last week. The process, from beginning to end was great (from visiting the showroom, picking out our windows, measuring & installation). The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The installers did an excellent job and were friendly, courteous and very respectful of our home. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, with absolutely no mess left behind. The windows are absolutely beautiful and we are extremely satisfied. We definitely recommend Window World Harford to anyone looking for replacement windows.

If I could give a 10 star review on this company, I would. I started out using Champion when we first looked into windows and that was terrible; way over-inflated and poor custom service. When it was time to replace the remaining windows and doors, Window World came highly recommended by family members. Window World stands behind their product and their labor. Every person I have spoken to, including John (owner), has been friendly and not afraid to go the extra mile! I had a young man Darrin scheduled to do a specific job. He noticed the one storm door wasn’t closing perfectly and fixed it; no charge; he just couldn’t leave it as it was. It is very hard finding companies/employees like this today. Thanks Mr John to you and your staff!
