Very good experience. Had a new shower linstalled. Oscar and his team stand behind their products and work. After ithe shower door had been in for a while it needed some adjustments to close properly. Oscar sent his 2 best guys out to take care of it for me. Highly recommend. Support our small local businesses.

I would like to give a huge Thank You shout out to Apodaca’s Glass and Door. I called them this morning and they were able to send their guys out within 2 hours and they were pretty quick, only took them less than 45 minutes to replace my glass. And the price I was quoted was unbeatable. Please give them a call, they will not disappoint.

This place has good prices and they are willingly to go the extra mile needed when you have a busy life ,they are willing to accommodate times to meet your needs ,then there prices are affordable where they don’t take every penny you have , I was very happy with there quality of work , try them they know what they are doing

They showed up but did not bother to go to the houses on the list. Reschedule appointment for next day. No one has shown up. I have not even had a call from the office and still have not heard from them. Went with another glass company!!! I will not use them again or try to use them.

I called Apodaca for glass replacement. I have 3 broken windows from golf balls. I spoke with a woman on phone on 11-07-22 she said she would have someone out on 11-08-22 between 10-1. I called at 4pm on 11-08-22 she put Oscar on phone he said he be there at 5:15pm no one showed are called this company can’t even get a estimate done so moving on to another company bad customer service

They came out measure my window and I was going on vacation in about 3 weeks. They said they would need a deposit. I read the reviews and at that time all reviews were bad saying they’ll take your deposit and never do the work. I called back and said I couldn’t do a deposit due to the reviews, I offered to just use another company if he was not ok with that. He explained it was his brother who did the bad business not him, so he wouldn’t make me do the deposit as it was only $350. He sent the quote, I approved it. He called a week later saying he will be able to do it the following Wednesday. Next week came and I couldn’t get ahold of him. He never did return my texts or calls. So I had to go in vacation with a busted window. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend these guys. They’re shady business.

I seriously wish I would have read some of these reviews before hiring these guys. ZERO communication for months. It literally took 6 months to get 1 window installed. Then as soon as it was done they called me THREE times in 2 days for payment. Do you understand that I had to call this company i would estimate 12 times within 6 months to understand what was happening with our window and it was like pulling teeth and then they had the balls to call me multiple times for payment. I called to speak to the owner and then missed his call when he called back. I honestly did not have the energy to not pay the bill in a timely manner because this lousy company seems like the type that would send me to collections. I do not recommend at all.
