Austin and Cordell were helpful with repairing broken glass on our storm door after a pebble hit the glass from the lawnmower. I called and they were very responsive where some other companies didn’t want to consider helping me (maybe too small of a job). It took about 2wks for the glass to come in and then they reinstalled it. Thank you for your help with this! I highly recommend them.

My go to window repair company! I was listing a house awhile back and the landscaper’s weedeater shot a rock and shattered a window. Called Window Medics and they had it quoted measured next day and rushed it to be replaced in a few days. Austin is very responsive, knowledgable, and always shoots you straight on price, scope of work, and timeline. Have used multiple times and also recommend Window Medics to my clients. Highly recommend.

I chose Austin WindowMedics because they were close to my parent’s house. We arranged a time for Auatin to come look at the broken window and then he was able to get the glass cut the next day and get it fixed. I am so pleased with his workmanship and courtesy. I would definitely use him again!

I moved into my home July 11, 2023, only to find out that 8 window seals were broken leaving a ghosting effect on the windows. I was told that replacing the windows would be more expensive than replacing the glass. I was referred to Austin Stone who was absolutely awesome to work with. Austin came to my home and confirmed that the 8 window seals were broken and that the remaining windows showed no signs of wear. At that time, Austin measured the broken windows and placed the replacement glass order. Once he received them, he contacted me to arrange an installation date. Austin was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. I could not have had a better experience in my dealings with Austin. He was very professional and responsive. He does quality work and a good value. Austin saved me a lot of money. I will definitely contact Austin should I ever need his services again.
