I shopped several window companies before choosing GreenTex. I went with GreenTex not only for the price and window quality, but for the customer service experience I received. From Ladd with the sales pitch, to Dave the production manager, to the install crew of Colton and Damian. Very respectful set of people here. I highly recommend them as a company.

GreenTex has been a tremendous help through our extensive renovation process. We have a custom home with every window and door needing to be replaced. From the beginning, we were met with professional expertise and follow through. We are very happy with our new windows and roof! Thank you for getting us one step closer to our dream home!

Recommend this company along with Colt and Dave to anyone needing remodeling done on their house. Needed a walk in shower installed on a budget and they did an amazing job Communication was outstanding and they got work done in two days. Very professional throughout entire process with no hidden cost or add ons.

We are thrilled with our new windows installed by GreenTex Windows! Graeme Wright and his crew exceeded our expectations from the beginning of the process to the end of the job. We had interviewed two other window companies prior to choosing GreenTex and we were not happy with their high pressure sales approaches and flimsy answers to basic questions. Things just did not feel “right” with the other two companies, so we continued looking. Luckily, a friend referred Graeme to us and things clicked from the very beginning. There was a lot of planning and attention to detail on the front end of the project, which made the installation go smoothly. We did not have any surprises either, which is rare for a job this size. We replaced every window in the house, which was a large job, but worth it. The look and feel of the house has completely changed. We still walk around and comment on how nice they look even weeks after having them installed. Everyone who sees the final product has been impressed. We also have noticed that the house is more energy efficient, quieter and has a more uniform temperature throughout. The GreenTex crew is comprised of employees (not subcontractors) which makes a huge difference. They know each other and work with each other regularly which makes for a much better experience for the customer. They handled everything and made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. I am a difficult person to impress and I am very happy that we chose to work with GreenTex for this project. We were looking to replace a number of windows and the siding of our house. We got quotes from a number of different companies, but GreenTex was the clear winner in how they conducted themselves. No high pressure sales tactics. They took their time in walking through all the different options we have and what the pros and cons are for each one. Installation was also a great experience. No major issues on their part, and minor issues that came up were quickly addressed. Communication with them was easy and they kept us informed on progress. They did high quality work and have an eye for detail.

GreenTex did a fantastic installing my 8 x 12 foot patio glass door. Their engineering team ensured proper supports were installed to support the 2nd story of the house once the door was installed. The installation team was fast, clean, courteous, and a joy to get to know. At every stage GreenTex went above and beyond in customer service. The fact that they are a local company makes it all the more better!

My wife and I were REFERRED to Graeme and his team by a trusted friend for a huge window replacement job in our home remodel. I capitalized the word “referred” because that’s exactly what I’d like to pass on to you. Graeme and his team were not only exceptional at their job but truly are a wonderful team to trust and have working in your home everyday. They navigated a difficult line of both being business and personal on a daily basis. They replaced over 50 windows in our home and there has only been one minor issue. GreenTex is a great company to work with! We decided to replace all of our windows and two doors on our home and took quotes from many companies. Those other companies that you see on TV are just high pressure salesmen trying to meet quota with no knowledge of windows, materials or quality. It felt like they just graduated from sales school. GreenTex came out and took their time to walk with us through out our home explaining in details what we currently have and what they recommended. We met them at their shop to view the windows (style, quality, etc.) to make sure that we were happy with them. During the installation, the workers were highly skilled, paid attention to details and made sure that our home looked just like it was before the installation each day. The price was fair and we received high quality windows unlike that we would get from Home Depot or Lowes. We are very happy with our new windows and highly recommend GreenTex to anyone shopping for windows.
