We had some issues with the install, but we were ultimately able to get everything worked out. The crew came back and fixed the issues and made everything right. I’d give 5 stars if it were done right the first time, but ultimately we are happy with our new windows and experience.

TLDR: This was a great experience that was very comfortable and incredibly informative. I ended up committing to a room same day, even though it wasn’t my original plan. I had an in home consultation with Kyle Murphy and Tyler Bettin to talk through a sunroom add on to my home. They were on time, friendly, pretty funny, but more importantly candid and professional. We laughed and had a good time but ultimately I left as an informed buyer with no questions. This is why I ended up going with Champion. This pair of representatives was a great pair to work with and I have a lot of confidence in my decision. I’ll update this or add another review after install with my take on how it all went.

Tyler is an excellent sales rep.! He is knowledgeable, punctual, has a great attitude and answered questions in detail and promptly. Above all, Tyler has integrity, and he is a great reflection of the Champion company! I highly recommend Tyler with complete confidence and Champion! Thank you!

Tyler Bettin was who helped us. I’m thankful to have worked with someone who not only knows what he is talking about but is very passionate about the product. He has been so helpful in this process and any questions we had he knew the answer. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to work with him and this company.
