George and his team member were efficient, quick, super professional, courteous, and gave the best damn deal around. They replaced our shattered patio door window in 20-30 mins and did most of it outside. Their communication is superb and they showed up slightly early, which was highly convenient. This is the best windows company! Impressive customer service and quick turn around. We were given 2 weeks for the glass order and installation, instead everything was done within 9 days! All other companies estimate was 3-5 weeks. Price is great as well. Thank you!

Great customer experience! George Matusyan is a consummate professional. We needed a large window replaced in a challenging location high off the ground. George was wonderfully responsive over the phone when I first called and followed through in a timely manner every step the way. He could not have been nicer, more courteous, more careful or more skilled. The cost and timetable compared to big name window dealers was much more reasonable. We will be using George and United Windows Pro for any of our window or door needs in the future. Thanks for a great job, George.

Amazing job and great customer service by United Windows! They replied immediately to my request (while 3 weeks later I am still waiting for others in the area to even acknowledge my request for a quote), came over to take measurements the next day, order the glass and two weeks later (due to glass delivery delays) the window is perfectly repaired and for a fraction of the price of what Pella quoted us!!!!!
