Woke up with it being four below zero outside and a broken torsion spring. Brian the owner went out of his way to bring me two new springs and then to top it off went back to his shop to so he could loan me two bars to wind the springs. This was a day before Christmas Eve and the service was exceptional and unexpected!

We recently purchased in June a Lake house on Round Lake in Columbia City. We were looking to transform the look with the necessity of siding and a new garage door. In selecting Mullin and Son as the contractor for siding, they recommended Dekalb door for the garage door instillation. We couldn’t be any happier with the results. Owner Bryan Laverenz came out to measure the opening which required a custom door. Less than a month later, the door came in and two days later, the project was complete. Bryan and a co-worker completed the entire project in less than 4 hours; removing an old door and hardware from the 70’s and installing this new door. They both were non-intrusive caring for our property with a complete clean up and removal of the old door. Bryan stayed longer to go over the features of the new door. You can see a synergy between Bryan and Mullin and Son. Both teams have an excellent corporate culture of customer first, quality, craftsmanship. I highly recommend both companies.

Broken spring on the garage door opener. Jeep was in the garage. They came right away. The repair man was so nice. The service could not have been better.
