Reached out to this store for windows and skylights for a home addition project. The first location I reached out to the Eatontown location and no one was responding back to me after several phone calls. Then I started talking to the Asbury Park location with Bob. He was helpful but his knowledge of the products seemed limited. Regardless I had faith in him that they would provide good service and material most importantly after the sale they would stand behind things. My large window and skylight delivery came. One window was missing and one was broken. Everything else seemed in order until we put in the last skylight. Something didn’t seem right. We sent window measurements to Bob and he gave us recommendations for products, including Velux skylights but failed to mention they need to have a significant angle for the particular model he sent us. Seeing that something wasn’t right, I called the manufacturer who informed me we had the wrong skylight for our application. I immediately emailed and called windowrama and Bob. Bob called me the next morning to tell me that he still thinks they can make the skylight work and use different flashing material. I told him that the manufacturer said it would not be possible, but he wanted to try. he called me 4 hours later to tell me that the skylight was wrong and its not his fault and they would not accept it back or exchange it. So now we are out $735 on a project after spending over $25,000 at their store and they refuse to help. Lesson learned here for all… they are not your friendly let me help my customer window supplier. Let me keep helping until everything is right for my customer. They care about the dollar and nothing more. Let’s see if they make and attempt at some point to make this right. I will update if they do.

In my opinion, short and unhelpful. I went into this Window supply business with a question and a picture. I was just seeking some expert advice. I’m sure we’ve all looked for some guidance at some point. The person behind the counter seemed to have no interest in helping or understanding my problem. He kept rattling off, is it a true window, is it a storm window. I thought I was clear when I first started. It’s a double hung window that tilts in for cleaning. Nothing unusual. Oh well, my friend. It’s ok, Mr. Google was a gentleman. It was simply the balance shoe that needed to be engaged. Peace.
