The best decision I have made for my window improvement! Great people including everyone I had in contact with at every stage of the process from initial home visit, second home measurements, weekly update till installation and after inspection interviews to make sure everything was done right. Great service; Great products and now I’m enjoying the serenity and beautify of those new windows. Keep up with your great work and I’d like to see a company like yours to excel at the market and provides great values to many more households.

I am a local contractor and have used Window World for both personal and professional projects throughout the years. All of my experiences have been top quality. The pricing is very competitive, the product is great, and the overall experience has been awesome. I use Window World exclusively for all of my projects where I need window and Door replacements. I’m also very impressed with my project managers that I work with, their communication is top-notch.

I have had 16 window world double sashes since 2017 and love the way they look and operate. Cleaning them is so much easier. I noticed that 2 of the windows had a broken piece of metal that the windows snap into to facilitate going up and down. I called my local franchise, they had my info on record, I described the issue and they sent a technician over within several weeks to fix. The technician showed up on time and fixed the 2 windows within 15 minutes and was on his way. Great customer service.

Dylan came out today and replaced a window sash (under warranty) and also repaired a window screen as well. He was fast, friendly and did a great job! Window World stands behind their products and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows for their home.

I highly recommend NEVER using this company! It took 2 yrs to finally get the job completed. The salesman Clint did not follow thru with any details and that started a snowball effect. The installers were new to the company and not vetted well. Drinking on the job and the installation looked accordingly. This created another slippery slope of problems to solve. In short…trying to get this nightmare corrected is an understatement. We had planned on using this company for 2 more phases of the project, but quickly decided that their customer service and quick problem solving doesn’t exist. I hate giving 1 star reviews and wish this could have been 5 stars. I hope this helps someone else in making a decision. 👎 5/21/24 Edit: Justin, thank you so much for your quick response after my review posted. Per our conversation: yes the job was finally completed to satisfaction after lots of persistence and perseverance through calling weekly speaking to staff. I also believe in second chances as we discussed and look forward to possibly using you all on a project in the near future with the hopes of transforming this 1 star to a 5 star review.
