FCW replaced my original 60 year old windows in less than half a day. Good work and very reasonable prices. The manufacturer of the vinyl window FCW uses has features that others don’t like composite reinforcement and a well sealed sill/sash. Call all the other window places you want and you will end up with what seems like used car salesmen at your door trying to sell you overpriced windows with the high pressure tactics hawking predatory lenders to make it all possible. Then call FCW and you will instantly see the big and positive difference it makes dealing with a small, knowledgeable, honest, and caring company. I would highly recommend FCW if you are looking to replace old windows. I am sure that FCW will be your first choice if you compare what is out there.

I would absolutely recommend first choice windows. I got all the windows in my house just replaced. Ordering was quick, manufacturing time reasonable. The crew came out and got everything done in one day. Very professional and clean. If you are looking for new windows, don’t hesitate!

Peter and his team are first-rate professionals who replaced 24 windows with ease and expertise. 1. He was timely to the first appointment to gather information for the quote. He did not follow the typical script from the big-name companies using ‘high-pressure sales tactics’. He may have been the 5th quote I received; the others were all provided by salesmen (with no installation experience) operating on commission. Peter quickly determined we can skip all the “neat” demos and get to the quote. He was in and out in 30 minutes (very atypical), with a fair price! Peter returned some of my faith in humanity re: the windows/doors industry upon our first interaction. 2. I opted to do the project in two phases, Peter was happy to help. After the first 12 windows were ordered, he and two other teammates were ripping out the first set of windows and replacing them within a few weeks; the long-lead items are getting the windows custom built — he set the clear expectations and stuck to the task. Once the first phase was installed, he ordered the second set that day. He was back several weeks later with the same two guys to replace the remaining windows. In both cases he was prompt and done with the day’s work by the expected times. 3. As he and his team worked, I bought up concerns along the way. He was happy to address my concerns to resolution while not compromising on workmanship. 4. He and his teammates moved quickly and efficiently and left the house as clean as it was prior to the project. 5. Bottom-line, I couldn’t be happier with the work and much-needed updated windows. I highly recommend First Choice Windows, and have been incessantly recommending them to my neighbors as well — I know they need windows too 🙂

I had such a good experience with Peter C. from First Choice Windows. They were so professionals, punctual, neat and courteous team unlike other companies I had worked in the past. They were very informative about the windows and installation procedures, they were eager to respond to all of my questions, I couldn’t have hoped for a such professional experience, I have a couple of more windows that needed upgrade in my house and definitively will not hesitate to call them to get them done for me. The whole experience was a 10, I highly recommend Peter and his team. JB

We used FC to replace all the windows (36) in our house. They used high quality windows at a great price. The installation was top notch and very professional. 1 window had a scratch and FC pointed out the issue and came back in a couple of weeks to replace the glass. Highly recommend.
