Very fast turnaround time and great communication! My company had a broken spring on a huge roll-up door in our warehouse. Since this was a larger project, I checked with multiple places and found the best price with Freedom Industries. Besides the competitive pricing, I really liked how professional and responsive Freedom Industries was. They responded quickly and there was never any pushy sales pitches, upselling, or ego with them at all! It was very simple to work with them. After calling them, they asked me to send them a couple pictures of the issue via text. After reviewing the pictures, they sent their team over to our warehouse to examine it. Then they were able to provide accurate pricing within a day. Also, unlike other places, that had a lot of other fees, their quote was all inclusive. Big thanks to the team at Freedom, with shout outs to Aaron, Matt, Ryan, and Nate. Thanks for getting the repair done so quickly so my warehouse could use the door again! I highly recommend everyone to check them out for any door issues, and I would definitely reach out again for future repairs and maintenance!

If I could give zero stars I would, very unprofessionally ran inside the office behind the scenes. Bosses slamming there office doors loudly and rattling the door loudly to be let in by there employees. Very very childish. Ironically there is nothing “free” about Freedom Industries.

Excellent – Fast – Friendly service! Aaron and Louis who performed the work were excellent and worked without wasting time. Kept me informed and made me know I was in great hands. Excellent communication from Steven (Owner) and fast turn around times.
