Accent Garage Doors replaced the springs on our double garage door about 18 months ago. A couple of weeks ago we had to open that door manually because of a power outage. The door was very hard to open. I believe it was the first time we opened it manually since the new springs were installed. I called Accent the next day and explained the situation. Their Customer Service representative said there was a one year warranty, but she would discuss the situation with the owner and call me back. Later that day she called and said the owner wants to personally come out first thing the next day to evaluate the situation. Rhoan, the owner, showed up at exactly 8:00 am. He made some checks and advised there was definitely a problem. He ended up retightening the springs. He advised that this is normal. He ended up just charging us for a service call, $95, but nothing else, even though he was here for over an hour.

The tech was on time, introduced himself, and reviewed what he was going to do to get the opener installed. He completed the install and reviewed the features of the opener. Very professional. Great experience.
