I decided after numerous quotes and researching replacement window brands to use a local company. We interviewed a few and decided on Penn Windows. I am very happy we did. There is not an area within the entire process of shopping for and having windows installed, that Penn Windows did not excel. Starting with Andy, who is an excellent salesman and will not use pressure tactics to get a sale. Then the team that answers the phone when you call in with questions and provides quick and accurate answers. Finally, the installer who did a fantastic job, answered all questions and concerns we had upon arrival and left the property cleaner than he found it. We liked Penn so much we decided to get window treatments as well. Could not be happier and would recommend them without hesitation.

Love my new windows and sliding glass door. Matt did a perfect job installing them. It is a comfort to know that my home is warmer. I am planning to do more windows replacements in the future. This company was friendly and efficient. Just a nice experience!

In past years Penn has installed a new front door as well as a new patio slider door for us. Recently we had them replace every window in our house. From the quoting process to the measurement process to installation, everyone we interacted with was professional and great to work with. We are very pleased with the doors and the new windows and highly recommend them.

The folks at Penn were amazing. Right from the start, they were helpful, professional, and made the whole experience easy. When it came to the installation, they were clean, efficient, and a pleasure to have in my home. The 10 windows they installed fit perfectly, matched my room decor, and look great inside and out. I heartily recommend Penn Windows & Doors!

For a local, family-run business, the service is outstanding. Really happy with the doors (2 done) and windows installed (had the whole house done and in a specific color). Really great product and even better people. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Penn Windows. We did not know how bad the water damage was under one of our windows until Penn Windows removed the window to replace it; even though the extent of the damage was not anticipated, Penn Windows was able to replace the damaged wood under the window, and replace the old window with a beautiful new window. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly from sales to installers. We are now using Penn Windows to replace two doors and another window.

The entire team at Penn Windows and Doors is exceptional! I first chose them after getting three quotes when I had my front door replaced several years ago. Since then I’ve had them back to install a new back door and the windows in my sunroom. They will be installing an additional four windows soon. Erin is always quick to respond to any request I have for arranging a quote or if I have questions. Andy has been wonderful in making recommendations, providing accurate quotes while not being pushy like others I had come out to provide a quote. Matt comes out to do the final measurements and like everyone at Penn, is professional yet extremely friendly. The installation folks are equally terrific. I truly cannot say enough about how happy I’ve been and why I continue to call on Penn Windows and Doors anytime I need additional work done at my home.
