Excellent experience. The owner came out at closing today on a Friday to replace a French door glass which was shattered and a true pain to replace. He realized they had the same size in stock at the warehouse and went to get it and came back well after 500 to install. I can’t thank you enough for staying late on a Friday to get this done!

My car window was broken into and when my insurance company scheduled the repair it wasn’t for over a week. Even though it was a Sunday, I called Glass Doctor and they scheduled me for the next day. When I arrived they set the expectation that the appointment would take an hour or two, which I was fine with. What was great is that it actually took less than an hour. They were empathetic, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor!

We scheduled an estimate, they gave us a block of time, and never showed. I called and asked if they knew when they would get here and we were told they were on the way. Well, they again didn’t show. I took time off of work to be home… so a no-show, twice…. Very disappointing. Had they communicated there was a problem and needed to reschedule, I’d be totally understanding. Looks like we’ll be using someone else.

I called this place to get a quote for my window replacement, I was told to put a down payment but I paid for the glass in full upfront. The following day, we took our car in, only to be told that they had ordered the wrong part. I specifically told the lady the door behind the driver’s seat, she asked me right or left and I reiterated to her behind the driver’s seat, on the left. Her response was, I clicked on the wrong button when I placed the order. We didn’t even get a discount for the mishap, any other company would have at least owned up to their mistake and try to correct it by offering a discount. She set up another appointment for us as they didn’t have the glass in stock, they had to retrieve one from across town. My husband took our car back again, they completed the job within two hours. When I got home from work, I noticed there were scratches on the glass. I called the place up and let the lady know what I’ve discovered, her response was the glass gets scratched while in transport, but you don’t have a broken window. I’ll see what I can do, I can get you in sometimes next week. I gave them a couple of days to honor their promise, but to date we have not received a call back.
