Very unhappy with them they ordered the wrong door and have been giving me the runaround and now they want to change me a restock fee and I ask to speak with a manager and was told “NO”

Great service and a staff that answers the phone. Installed a new garage door and motor. Came back after a few weeks of cycling the door to readjust everything. Hope I don’t have to call them again except for maintenance.

I don’t typically write reviews, but ABC door really stepped up and took care of me. My current door imploded and they came out right away and took care of me. They deserved a review.

This awesome company did an amazing job on my project. Nathan is an expert at problem solving. Tom’s site visit to assure the exact work in advance was perfect. I’ll return to work these folks again and again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company based on a few factors that I had to deal with. The first issue is the service technician was late. We were given a two hour window to expect the technician yet the individual was unable to arrive with such a gracious buffer. The next issue is the individual did not have much experience. The technician looked at the issue and said wow I’ve never seen that before. Mind you this is an issue in which the receiver is not receiving the signal from the remote. The technician spent the next 20 to 30 minutes trying to call somebody on the phone just to be told that it’s broken. Nothing the technician did was special or required any additional skills. We spent $100 just for the person to tell us it’s broken which was obvious. For these two reasons I would not recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used ABC Door. The first time, I sold the house with the garage door opener they installed still functioning perfectly. This time, I got another high quality door opener. The installer, Jorge, discovered why I couldn’t open the door – the spring had broken. I now have a new spring, and my garage door works again. Jorge was professional, did not race through the installation, and I am glad I used ABC Door again.

Bad etiquette on the freeway in company truck likes to fly up on your bumper. If he can’t handle himself properly as a giant billboard maybe he doesn’t deserve your business.

Great place to get garage door and electric gate openers. They will program them for you as you purchase them. Friendly atmosphere. Convenient location.
