Well when they were done no issues, but after 5 years the windows they installed are TERRIBLE, wind is coming right through them, now we wished we never reached out to window works, we’re trying to get them to come out and replace them, we can’t sit downstairs in our living room with out a sweater on when it gets cold, Extremely pissed off costumer 😖

My wife and I purchased a new windows from them several years ago and everything went well. Had an issue with the family room window and they came right out and addressed the issue. Fast forward to 3 years later we had them do our roof and replace front and back doors. This would probably be the worst decision that we’ve made since being in our home. Roof is compromised and staining our ceiling in several spots and the rear door is now allowing water under the door. Now when I call to get the door looked at for the second time they tell me the business was purchased but not the warranty. If you have any other choice to get work done on your house do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!!

The absolute worst company to do business with. I cancelled an appointment by mistake and called back twice the next day to confirm the schedule appointment and all was supposed to be well. No call, no show, no follow-up until the next day after the appointment where they totally blamed me for the cancelled appointment and not that the mistake was rectified and the appointment was still in place. No personal responsibility for wasting my time.
