Saturday, May 18, 2024 On Friday, May 17, 2024 the water mitigating team came to prepare my kitchen for the drying process. They were very thorough in their workmanship. They were also very careful not to damage anything in the kitchen. They prepared the area for the drying process with much care. The process is still on going. I liked the way the team handled the whole operation. They will return on Monday, May 20 the check on the drying process. If it’s complete, they will notify the company to start the process to complete the repairs. The team leader was Shawn. His helpers were Nelson and Luis. I really appreciated they way they worked. So please give them the recognition they deserve. Thank You.

What a great company, sent by Allstate Homeowners Insurance. Shawn from PuroClean of North Metro Atlanta was professional, and meticulous in his analysis of my ceiling leak problem. He used a device to pinpoint the wet area, shared photos and explained the situation in terms that I understood. Shawn worked to clear the living room and protected my furniture, before methodically opening my ceiling pointing out pipes and moisture/ mold. When he was done, not only did he clean the work area with a shop vac, Shawn gave explicit explanation and instructions regarding how the dehumidifier, he had to leave behind for a few days, would extract the water and dry out my ceiling. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism PuroClean of North Metro Atlanta provided, I would recommend this company to anyone.
