My inspector was Jason. From the moment he entered my home, he was very professional. After he settled in, he walked me through what he was going to do. He was very detailed oriented and efficient. I had so many concerns, and he listened to everything I said. He answered all of my questions and then some. He took his time in conducting all tests and samples. By the time he was done, I realized he was there for more than an hour and never once complained when I kept asking questions. I would definitely recommend Exit Mold to anyone that needs mold help. If u could request an inspector, ask for Jason.

Jay & Jason were the specialists who came to do a mold inspection/treatment in my Brooklyn apartment. After assessing the primary places where the mold was, they in turn treated & restored my bathroom and windowsill. They both had amazing energy and their customer service and professionalism was top tier with a chill demeanor. They answered any questions or concerns I had about the process to get rid of the mold. They explained key factors that causes mold and steps to prevent it from returning. Both were also considerate and patient of me having to move my timid cat from the room where the windowsill treatment needed to be done. Even with that factored in, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you again!

Jason came to determine the damage from a pipe that was broken. He took his time to throughly examine where there may be damage and explained everything in detail regarding potential damage and what may need to be fixed.

The team members I interacted with (Fanny and Tracy) were fantastic. I had a lot of questions initially about why we needed this testing (building management gave us short notice about testing date(s) and didn’t explain that the laws had changed around lead levels that drove the testing). Fanny was great about answering our questions and working around scheduling concerns. We work from home a lot and have pets, including a very sweet but noisy terrier. (She barks at every friend and stranger when they first come in.) I also wanted to personally see what they were testing and how. Tracy was the tech and super easy-going. When she arrived, we were on phone/video calls and we needed to wrangle the dog. She was so patient and non-plussed about the situation. I think it’s very important that people who come into your home are able to cope with noisy and hectic situations with ease and grace. She did. And completed the job very quickly, unbothered by the occasional woofing from the pup. She explained what she was doing/testing as I led her through the apartment. She was professional and friendly. Props to the people I dealt with on this. Great communication and responsiveness from Fanny, and great demeanor and professionalism from Tracy.

My Mold Specialist was Jason. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He explained a lot to me about mold & the environments in which they thrive. He was also very methodical with taking samples indoor & outdoor (air quality) and a surface sample. I thought he was extremely thorough. I’m very happy with the Service I received from Exit Mold.
