A total nightmare working with ASAP. my tenants received a call from this company as they were referred to clean up a scene in my rented property that involved human fluids. They tried to take advantage and profit from a tragic incident convincing one of the survived relatives to hire them to clean the scene after his brother loss his life in the home. Originally they agreed to charge $4000. when asked for a written estimate they bumped it up to $5035 in desperation to get his over with we agreed to the new price with understanding they will not charge for the $750 deductible from the insurance. WE later find out they submitted another amount to the insurance in the excess of $21,000 with out consulting with the owner or the victims family. The insurance company only recognized the written agreed upon quote for $5035. However they continue to harass the Owner and victims family for $4965 even though the insurance only paid for their services for $5035. Complete unethical vouchers that stop at nothing to make a profit. Rick (one of the managers) when as far as to tell the surviving victim that he knows what he went through because his uncle went through the same thing and he would not take advantage of them. As it turns out totally not true. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company by all means.

ASAP Restoration Water damage restoration service Christpher McLean 54 points a minute ago They started work before my wife signed any contract. I figured might as well sign because they already started work and were halfway through the flooded house once I arrived from airport. I was shocked but what do I do now. I figure let me work with them. How they get in? My sister in law gave them keys to vacant house. But we’re only supposed to go in and price job for estimate. I had to chase them out after five days. Because they demo house before Allstate got there my claim got denied. They would not give me an estimate. I kept asking and all they’d say is “ don’t worry, Allstate pay you, you pay us”. After I chased them out I hired a public adjuster. Because of what they did and did not do, Allstate denied the claim. Moishe, Raphael, Avi all grade A dirtbags. Greedy thieving dirtbags. Now the house is gutted to the bare bones, overkill, and we can’t sell it like this. We were in contract. They removed toilets, sinks and other unnecessary demo. They broke tiles unaffected by flood. They went to town on my home. Currently they put a lien on my home. You can put a lien on a ham sandwich. They are asking $45,000 dollars. I honestly believe had i let them build it back they would try to steal my home. The public adjuster never saw such unprofessional people in his career. They purposefully messed things up with us with Allstate. They are scammers. We are retaining a lawyer. It’s worth the retainer. These people are criminals. I only wish I could have five minutes alone in a room with all 3 dirt balls. Homeowners Beware.

I had several quotes for mold removal in my basement. Not only was this pricing more competitive than the others, the amount of work they said they were going to do was more than the others. They were on time every day, worked as quietly as possible, and were professional, and respectful in my home. The rooms they had to clean the mold in look completely brand new, better than they had when they started. While having work done at home that you are not expecting is not a great situation to be in, ASAP made as stress free as possible. Thank you guys!

This is an amazing company to call if you ever have flooding. From start to finish. They took care of everything start to finish. From demolition to repairs. They left my Spa spotless. In two weeks I was back operating in full. The Detail work was Unbelievable. I can’t Thank you enough.
