Entrusted tile was contracted for my mother’s bathroom after a plumbing company hired them for their mess up. John Allen was the project manager and assured us going into the tile removal and replacement that everything would be put back together as it was before. As you can see from the photos they slapped the baseboards back, caulked the crap out of them, and painted on top of all of the mess. The grout lines are horrible and not done properly, even has a hole in one of them. My mother never signed off on the job and John has not contacted her for going on two months. Last we heard from him he states the crew left us extra paint so we can fix the the wall damage the crew left. Would not recommend this company.

We had a water leak behind the sink in our utility room. Unfortunately, before we were aware of the leak water had spread under the wall and damaged our wood floor in the dining room. After working with a plumber to stop the leak we called Entrusted. We have been very impressed with their response. They have explained their entire process and immediately started work (with our permission). The workers they sent have been outstanding: diligent and respectful of us and our home. I was shocked to see all of the mold and damage that the water had caused but after only a few days all of that is now gone. From here it will be a period of reconstruction and we are looking forward to working with their project managers to rebuild.

We’ve felt that we’re in good hands through the start of the repair of our kitchen. Even though we’re not there to see it they’ve been very responsive, speaking on the phone, sending photos and videos, explaining the process, working with the insurance company, and preparing us for what comes next

We had a very tricky and complicated renovation of our master bath that hit multiple hurdles due to the construction of our condo building dating back to when it was built on S Ocean Blvd. Even with all of the complications, the engagement of an engineering firm per the city inspectors, etc.; James S. provided absolute timely, professional and quite frankly impressive customer service. We also worked with James’ assistant, Megan, who was a delight, very thorough and waited numerous hours for inspectors, made sure grout lines were perfect and hardware properly hung. I highly recommend this professional construction outfit!

We had a toilet and water leak in the bathroom and Hers & His plumbing suggested we contact Entrusted for the dry out and possible construction. Once contacted the team was exceptional. The dry out took 3 days and we were then contacted by a project manager, Joey. Going over all the repairs needed, we contracted them to do the construction. We were on a limited time frame and they met all our expectations. Our construction contact, team Alex completed the job in 1 day. After they left, we noticed an issue and contacted our project manager. Within a couple of days, team Noberto arrived and the work was completed. Both teams were great and professional. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with. I would use Entrusted again in a heartbeat. Our project manager, Joey was awesome too! Thank you team Entrusted.
