This company should commit to celebrating Pride Month year-round, as they can’t contract drywall installers that know what a straight line is. My condo, located in the heart of Old Town, has warped or crooked drywall EVERYWHERE, which is quite frankly unacceptable. If I wanted to hire illegals to build my home, I would have waited out front of Home Depot myself. I strongly recommend finding another contractor for your home projects. The technicians who responded to my service call, after water damage ruined my entire home, communicated at a level below a third-grade reading standard. I can’t believe I paid for such subpar work. They need to improve.

I wish Google/Facebook allowed for zero stars because that is what this company deserves. We rent a condo that contracted work All Phase Restoration. We found out after moving in (in FEBRUARY) that something with our A/C unit was wrong. It would not kick on and cool. Fast forward to APRIL we had given the weather a chance to warm up because Dustin their employee who was assigned to us told us it would be easier to diagnose the issue. The communication from this point on was TERRIBLE and he gave us the run around for weeks. First it was that the weather wouldn’t allow the unit to be diagnosed. Second, the A/C guy needed to be called out and was not being cooperative. After that, it was the plumber. Dustin had told us all of these individuals had “come out to check” and his excuse was always “it should be fixed tomorrow!”. After several parts and pieces were waiting to be ordered and delivered it had been 3 weeks of waiting everyday at our house at 12:30 for him to give us the same excuse. Dustin gave us lie after lie about what was wrong with our A/C unit and when it was going to be resolved. Finally JUNE 11th after emails and phone calls to his company and our HOA/landlord he was able to magically get both the A/C and plumbers out here and the problem was not AT ALL what he had told us originally. We were happy to try and give this company as much grace as we could, but the level of their professionalism was outrageous. Lie after lie and all lip service. If you have the option (unlike we did), please do not choose this company to work with.

We had a water damage scare in our basement and called All Phase and they showed up quickly. They were super helpful and easy to work with. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. We are very grateful that he took the time to explain everything that we needed, it really eased the situation for sure. We would HIGHLY recommend Steve Schafer and his team!

All Phase has been an amazing company to work with! We called after a holiday weekend and were able to get a crew out same day to clean up after a backed up drain in our basement. Both techs were very professional and kept us up to date with all progress and what they were doing. Will definitely use them again in the future if the situation calls for it.
