We experienced a slow leak between the bathtub and wall in a rental property which caused extensive damage to the subfloor and surrounding areas. From the start of our project, APR was professional and punctual. My first conversation with Austin alleviated early concerns with the project, and remediation was underway swiftly. After remediation, Julie was an absolutely fantastic communicator with both myself and my insurance company, answering loads of questions and explaining things thoroughly, presenting all of the options we had for remodeling clearly. When it came to the remodel itself, Steve, the general contractor, was an absolute professional in all regards. From dealing with extremely limited working hours, to communicating concerns and any problems that arose throughout the project, he made things easy and presented alternatives to getting the project completed on time and the right way. I would highly recommend APR to anyone looking for remediation or remodeling services. The staff I dealt with were all great and they back up their work. Out of the many construction projects I’ve overseen as a property owner, this one went by far the smoothest thanks to APR’s professionalism and communication. Thank you.

Washer is on the second floor, drain line came off and water damage to the ceiling. Fast response (after hours) with fans and dehumidifiers. Fast repair work completed by the crews. My insurance company was dragging their feet until I got a claims person that actually works at their job. The only negative thing I can say is that I like detailed invoices, showing what was done. They use quick books, very easy to pay and print receipts, I just like detailed billing for records.
