craig (technician from j&c water leak and fire cleanup) was phenomenal. i reached out at 6:30pm due to an urgent water damage problem caused by a backed-up drain overflowing into our basement in whittier. he arrived in roughly an hour and remained determined even when the source of the issue wasn’t immediately apparent. a few hours in, craig successfully managed to clear the line after inserting over 65′ of snake through. truly professional.
