Recently, my basement flooded and was a disaster. ServiceMaster was hired to clean and fix basement floor and bathroom. The workers were most courteous, hardworking and friendly. Little details were missed but the work was high quality and good—very satisfied with the outcome of their job. Nate Fairbanks was genuinely well meaning and took personal responsibility to ensure the best work. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone. It’s rare to come across such a talented company with good heart!

These guys are very helpful, prompt and honest! We were told by a pest company that we had mold and given a very high estimate to have it treated. To be safe, we had Elin of ServiceMaster come out and he spent time inspecting. He assured us and provided images to show that we did not have a mold problem. I was so relieved! we did have some ground water coming up through the concrete in our detached garage, which they were able to quickly treat with an effective spray. It was really nice of them to address it on the spot and to help us in making an educated decision about mold in our home. Very friendly!

Mike and his team went above and beyond to help when our 3 story apartment complex had a leak. The leak was on the top floor and leaked down to the lower 2 floors. Brendon was professional, thorough, and very helpful to get the necessary clean up complete. So happy I called them. Quick to respond and reasonable. A+

I liked getting daily texts when the technician came and left. They were thorough and kept me posted about hazards, or concerns. My phone calls were responded to quickly.

Our house flooded for the second time in two years. The first time was a nightmare and constant barrage of contractors that resulted in inefficient work and and work not completed properly. Service Master of Salt Lake is incredible. Especially our Project Manager Nate F. He is amazing, very consistent and helpful. Always on time and very communicative. The work in our two rooms was done in four days. Definitely keeping this contact in my phone for future needs.

Michelle and her crew went the extra mile to schedule work with us. We chose them over a maid service because we were under the impression they were a deep cleaning service for cupboards, floors, refrigerator and windows. We just bought a home that needed deep cleaning in these areas. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. We are still cleaning our home to finish the job after they left. Kind people but not thorough and not quality work. Would not use them again. We have used maid cleaning services in the past that have done a far more exceptional job for half the cost. They were going to leave without finishing and during a walkthrough wet pointed out many areas that were missed. Michelle stayed later to fix the mistakes but I am not happy with the overall results.
