I recently hired Utah Flood Guys for a mold remediation project, and as someone who works in real estate and has dealt with many mitigation companies, I was thoroughly impressed. As a very picky individual when it comes to homes, I was particularly impressed with their work. The owner truly cares about doing a great job and ensuring the client is well taken care of. They were able to fit me into their schedule promptly. I will definitely be using Utah Flood Guys for future clients. Highly recommend!

We were dealing with mold and health issues from our attic due to a swamp cooler that was removed after we put AC in and the company that put it in did a horrible job creating an issue that came about years later. These guys were great and know what they’re doing in getting the issue taken care of. They took the time in explaining what needed to be taken care of and have helped us tremendously. We no longer have health issues and it’s been like night and day after their work. Great company and would highly recommend them!! A++++

These guys know exactly what they are doing! They really look out for our benefit. I wasnt expecting them to move all the furniture out of the way in such a careful and organized manner. They protected the floors, the furniture and the rest of the home. I was always informed of the process. I’m a realtor and I will I 100% recommend them to all my clients. Oh and they did it all with a smile on their face! 😀

Utah Flood Guys were incredible to work with. The responded quickly, got us our fair bid fast and got our mold problem (which ended up being intense) solved quickly. They communicated every step of the way, explained everything, and tried everything to work with our insurance.

Our water heater emptied out the bottom overnight and we had water under our flooring and walls in the finished basement. We placed our trust in previous Google reviews for Utah Flood Guys, and I’m sure happy we did! Jaret and Miguel came to the house that morning and communicated their plan and how it would work with our insurance. They took lots of moisture readings and photos and had the basement flooring up and fans and dehumidifiers going that day to start getting the place dried out. Dallan communicated promptly and clearly throughout the process to mitigate the water damage and rebuild, and we always felt in the loop. The guys who completed the rebuild were great to work with and were clean and considerate. They made us feel very reassured during what was a stressful event.
