My wife and I experienced water damage to our home and had to leave during the repairs, returning just two weeks before the birth of our daughter. Our insurance provider took several weeks to approve a supplemental payment for replacing the countertops and kitchen sink. As a result, we were living without a kitchen sink or countertops, making life with a newborn extremely difficult. We had to hire a third-party contractor to replace these items, costing us several thousand dollars out of pocket. I informed Allied Restoration of this decision to ensure transparency. Despite this, Allied Restoration increased the contract amount, even though they were not involved in replacing the countertops or sink. Upon reviewing their documents, I noticed numerous inaccuracies. For instance, the price for removing and replacing the countertops originally quoted at $1,766 in January 2024, inexplicably increased to $2,843.28 for removal alone, despite the replacement being handled by another contractor. Additionally, the backsplash expense remained unchanged, although Allied had no involvement in replacing the countertops. We were billed for plumbing work that I completed myself, and Allied disposed of our kitchen sink without crediting us, costing us $541 to replace. Furthermore, we were billed for a replacement backsplash in a bathroom that has no backsplash. Given that the countertop replacement was a substantial out-of-pocket expense, the total amount for the kitchen should have decreased, yet it increased. How is this possible? I have been addressing these concerns with Allied Restoration for weeks, but they continue to send the same invoices without addressing these issues.

Jason and the entire Allied team were amazing! After a leak in our kitchen and dealing with home owners insurance for almost 6 months, they came in with a clear plan, listened to what we wanted and made it happen! Especially appreciate the ease of communicating with them and the clarify to how this entire process would unfold! Could not recommend them enough! Thank you for all your hard work!

On the week of March 18th James came to my condo to assess our situation. As soon as I let him in I felt an instant ease. As we did the walk through I was telling him how badly things were going, he spoke to me with such kindness and every single one of his responses made me feel validated. He was the first person, other than Andy, to make me feel like my family and I actually matter in this chaos. Before he left he reassured me that the team that would be coming to take all of our stuff would make me feel the same way and boy was he correct. On March 25th Giuseppe, Lindsay and Carlos came, I was one week out from leaving on a family vacation and all my stuff was about to be removed. To say I was stressed and sad is an understatement, I was practically in tears before they got started and Giuseppe reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to make this process as smooth and stress free as possible. I literally couldn’t have asked for better humans to come into my home. I felt like I’ve know them for years, as they worked effortlessly they also brought so much joy. We laughed a lot, which was wonderful and my daughters loved them too. My little one was enamored by Lindsay and kept telling me how much she likes her. Carlos was such a joy to be around when handling all my Star Wars stuff, I got to nerd out about my lightsaber while he gave me tips on how to yield it better. Last but not least Giuseppe, what an incredible human, I felt like I’ve know him for years. Conversation came so naturally and he just brought so much comfort to such a crappy situation. I know this is a long review but I didn’t know how to express my gratitude without being so transparent. Whoever does your hiring should also get some kudos because 5 employees from your company have been in my life, my home and around my family and each and every one of them have been exceptional. There are so many more incidents these people have been incredible throughout this process but I’ll stop here. Thank you again Allied for providing an excellent team of employees. Andy, James, Giuseppe, Lindsay and Carlos thank you for everything you did for my family words will never be enough to show you my appreciation and gratitude.

We had a leak from a tub spout that went through our bathroom and bedroom wall, leading to microbial growth and ruining our baseboards. Allied prepared the space with precision, sealed off every area carefully, removed drywall and treated any suspicious areas, and always cleaned up thoroughly each day . They provided excellent and efficient service – everyone involved was timely, kept me updated constantly, worked around my schedule, and provided so many resources and amazing support throughout our whole project. I appreciate how George managed every detail for us and was always available for questions or updates – so helpful! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My experience with Allied Restoration has been great so far! Cristina, Andre and Teto have been very easy to work with. Cristina scheduled everything and if I had any questions she was there to help. I had water damage from a roof leak. Andre and Teto were always on time. Andre explained everything that they were going to do so no surprises which I appreciated. They were extremely neat and cleaned up at the close of each day. It was a very good experience!

Incredible team and perfect work! Edwin Lopez was the GC on this job and was incredibly communicative, fast, and kind. Truly such a pleasure to work with. He will not stop until your home looks perfect. Also, I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. He showed up on time, responded timely to texts, and was always available. I am very grateful to Edwin for making a usually painful process so easy and painless!!

After my house fire in August 2023, my insurance agent connected me with Allied Restoration (Tim Bauer in particular). From day 1, Allied held our hands through the process and kept us moving forward when we couldn’t. They sent an EMS team out that night to secure the property and photograph all our belongings. The next day, Noel Torres and Tracy Faucher met us at the house to set a plan. They were the bright light in a very dark time. Everyone has been beyond phenomenal and kind to us; and the whole team worked to get us what we deserve.
