My mothers whole house flooded due to a burst pipe on Christmas which fell on a Sunday. Service master told us they would come the following Tuesday. They never showed up OR even called to tell us they wouldn’t be there. We called the day after and they said they would come the next day. Again never showed up or called. So now it’s a week and a half later and we still just never heard from them. Luckily we found a more responsive and professional company. Stay away from service master and call any other company before you call them. I will tell this to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible company *edit: typical response I’d expect from a company like this. First of all did you not read my post? The whole house flooded, not just the basement. Just goes to show that this response didnt mean anything coming from them. Second of all, NO ONE EVER CAME ON SITE OR EVEN CONTACTED US TO TELL US THEY WEREN’T COMING. Seriously how unprofessional are you that you redirect a message to an unresponsive location? How is that my problem? I stick to my word and will forever discourage anyone from contacting you for an emergency situation. Honestly gonna report you to the BBB.
