We were starting a bathroom remodel project and ended up finding black mold that was behind all our finished basement walls. Lindsey was amazing she walked us through every step. She had a team of guys here the next day and she has very great communication through the whole process. Definitely would recommend everyone from this company. We recently had a small fire in our front room. I called Servpro of western Ofallon Wentzville and they told me what I would need to do to get rid of the smoke smell all through the house. They showed up quickly and got everything taken care of. They even did the negotiation with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with any of that. The owners are very polite and extremely knowledgeable about water and fire damage remediation. I would recommend 100%.
