Wow. Great job of completely trying to take full and total advantage of my 92 year old mother. She was alerted to a leaking pipe under her home. Plumber she hired said all was quite clean and tidy under the house and fixed the leaking pipe. My mother then called France & Co, and CLEARLY didn’t read any of the reviews before doing so. I did notice that majority of reviews had only 1 or 2 reviews, per author. Most likely faked reviews. When I arrived a week or so after France and Co’s visit, I checked under the house to see exactly where the leak occurred and how extensive. It covered a 6 inch wide area about 4 ft in length. The water stain on the joist was pretty definitive, but NO decay of any kind. France & Co ripped out ALL the insulation under a 10×10 room that wasn’t at all affected by water. They then charged my mother for this and to put a fan in the crawl space. $700 for this and to rip out insulation that shouldn’t have been touched. My mother isn’t that sharp any longer and paid it, unfortunately. THEN, they provided her with an estimate for thousands of dollars to replace the insulation that SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED, and told her all sorts of ridiculous things to scare her. France and Co also stated photos would be supplied. Guess what? NO photos were ever provided. Perhaps France & Co might want to find out beforehand if elderly women have children that are builders, or home restoration specialists, as is the case in this instance before pulling these scams. I’m about to file a complaint with the Wa Attorney General and FTC. BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY TAKES TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND UNSUSPECTING.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We had a broken pipe. Within 20 minutes of calling we had a supervisor on the premises and within 30 minutes a full work crew. Very easy to reach. Very up front about costs and super helpful. They did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t wish a leak on anyone but definitely call this company if you need help.

Everyone I worked with or talked to at France & Co in Wenatchee were always friendly, competent and responsive. They did an excellent job and especially working with my homeowners insurance company. They were able to assist me in mitigating damages and understanding the process. Their level of competency, knowledge, and experience was superior. Everyone who came to my house was friendly and professional. I had heard good reviews from friends before I actually needed them. I am so grateful that they lived up to those reviews. I hope I will not need them again as a result of damage to my home, of course, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Beware! This is the most corrupt company I have ever worked with. Make sure if you have a problem with your house you don’t allow your insurance company to send these people to do the work. They will do unauthorized upgrades and they get paid by your insurance but then send you a huge bill on top of that claiming they did upgrades that weren’t covered. After that they will sue you in court to collect the unauthorized work they claim they did. Not only do they charge an exorbitant amount but the materials they used are cheap. Horrible greedy company. Check yelp more horror stories * In response to their ridiculous statement below. I own a home in the area how many of your customers are you screwing over that you don’t know who I am?

My daughter owns a home in Wenatchee and this company was hired after we had some flood damage. The quality of the work was horrendous, the materials were cheap and they charged our insurance company probably 4 times it was worth.STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!!!
