I hired Rainbow for mold remediation in my home, and let me tell you, James is as real as they come. He came out for a quote and was honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and explained to me everything he was going to do from top to bottom. Lots of contractors in this business use scare tactics to make people feel unsafe in their homes. James did the exact opposite, and completely calmed my nerves, ensuring a safe outcome. He and his team came out immediately and did cleanup like I have never seen before. They were fast, efficient and so respectful of my home. James is an honest guy and made sure I was comfortable with everything that he was recommending. I hope I never have to, but I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

These guys are fantastic! This is the third or fourth time I’ve had to have them come out for water in the basement. They got the water up, made sure there was no mold and took care of putting all of the furniture back in place. They are professional, courteous and do a great job!! Highly recommend them!

These people are TERRIBLE!!!! The throw everything in my basement in a huge pile as if it was all GARBAGE. They took all of 10 shelves of sports memorabilia & treated it like junk. Unbelievable what these people did to what was sports thunder dome, to a pile of damaged furniture to the ceiling. They introduced themselves by saying “Let me warn you we are the most expensive but we are here.” Nightmare!

This is the only company you need for you carpet cleaning and water/mold restoration needs!! James and his team (Amber, Junior etc) do an awesome job. James has more certifications for restoration and carpet cleaning than you probably knew existed. I trust these guys to work in my home and my business – whether I am there or not. Truly a top notch service company.

We have unfortunately had 2 floods due to various issues in the past 2 years. Both times, the Rainbow team was amazing. They promptly came and assessed the damage, were kind and professional, and worked quickly to mitigate the damage and remove wet items so that repairs could begin. The whole team was respectful in wearing masks during the COVID pandemic. I can’t recommend them enough.
