We had the dreaded “sump pump quit” problem. As water was squishing up from the two year old carpeting that Cooper Construction had installed when we finished our basement in 2017, I told my husband to “call Brian now!” This was not something we were going to tackle on our own. Brian, Adam & crew were at our house within an hour with all of their extraction and drying equipment. Thanks to the quick response, we were able to salvage the walls and avoid any mold issues. Brian even showed right back up later that same day when our sump pump quit a second time and water was re-flooding. We had to replace all of the flooring and trim. Brian & Adam got us back up and running. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a restoration contractor. Very professional operation and Brian & Adam are extremely personable 🙂 Shout out to our carpenter Tony who was so friendly and worked around our crazy kids running around all day. Thank you guys! Glad we could work with someone local and we hope this is the last time we need you to finish our basement 😂

Cooper Construction was great to work with, and I recommend them for needed projects at your home. I found out about Cooper after a pipe burst in my home, and a lot of deconstruction and rebuilding/painting was needed for the walls and bathroom, in addition to a completely new shower installation. Cooper was always clear with me about what needed to be done and why, and it was clear they valued getting the job done right, with high quality, as opposed to just moving on to the next project. The crew was courteous and professional when working in the house. I’m very happy with the work they did, and would consider them first should a new project or repair be needed in the future.

Hired them for a quick job to replace a bathroom vent and paint the ceiling. The were prompt, courteous, took great care to protect my floors and clean up after themselves, and they were in and out in a few hours.

Had Brian and his men remove a single window in our home and install a new double window for us. Excellent job and you can’t even tell it was an add on. Great job, very professional and also cleaned up every day. They rolled down paper through their pathway throughout the house and work area. Danny and Tony were fantastic to work with. After the job was completed, Brian came through and walked it down with us verifying that it was completed as planned and to our expectations / satisfaction. After a two hour downpour and a sump pump failure, we had water throughout our partially finished basement which we did not discover until 4 days later. We called Cooper Construction and Restoration and they came within hours to give us an evaluation and estimate. The next day they were there with a crew and not only dried our basement, but also removed paneling and drywall to be sure we were protected against any further damage. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I’d highly recommend their services!

The team from Cooper Construction did a fantastic job. They did a great job with the tile work, were very responsive to our requests, kept a very clean worksite and were really a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend them.
