Mike Siou helped us out from the moment our property was damaged in a tornado. He conducted several thorough walkthroughs to assess damage, was extremely neat and kept mitigation activities appropriately contained from the rest of our home, and communicated consistently with me throughout the whole process. He has been a fantastic advocate for my family as we navigate home insurance and plan our next steps in getting our house back in shape, going above and beyond to share his findings with our other contractors and with my husband and I. Also just want to note that the team was super mindful about working around our four cats, and ensured that they could not access any dangerous areas during or after the process.
