Dry Pros helped out my family when we had a water leak in our kitchen. From start to finish they were great to work with. Brett, the owner kept us informed throughout the entire process. Dry Pros, did such a great job during the water mitigation cleanup that we choose to use them to restore our kitchen back to normal. We could not be happier! Would highly recommend!

Dry Pro’s really helped my family out in a time of need. We had some water damage in our master bedroom and needed the drywall to be ripped out and replaced. Brett and his team were professional, timely and did an amazing job. Brett made sure to communicate with me throughout the whole project. On top of the amazing service, his price was very honest and reasonable. Absolutely loved working with this company from start to finish!

Brett came and did a botched job on our basement. He left our wall exposed, removed the dry wall and got paid $650. Now tell me, would you hire someone with that type of unprofessionalism. Don’t trust him.

If I can leave zero stars I would! I hired Brett to do water remediation in my basement and I highly regret that decision. He was in a rush to come in and do a half-a job, collect his money and leave. He left it up to me to make a decision on how high to cut up the dry wall to find the water leak as if I do this for a living. He rushed the job, and now I have to re do his entire work. And the worst of it all is I’ve paid him $650 and had to pay another $150 to fix the water leak after he was done, and his response to me is “well I did you a favor.” I’m sorry but since when is giving someone hundreds of hard earned money a favor? This is a picture of how my wall currently is left. I am so disappointed. I wish I had hired All Dry from the beginning and not given this small company a chance. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company at all costs and call All Dry. They treated me with respect and dignity. I will have to call them to fix this company’s incompetent work. Also, please read his misleading website information where it says he assesses water leakage. He did none of that in my basement, he failed to advise me on cutting up further to expose leaking rod holes. After he put up the dry wall, we had another water leak which proved that there were rod holes. Absolutely incompetent and lazy. Shame on you and your disastrous work! Do not trust him.

Dry Pros transformed our sad, poorly lit, sort-of finished basement (ancient plywood paneling, failing foam ceiling tiles) into an inviting, warm and bright ‘hang out space’ that we now love–drywall, new lighting and a tidy exposed ceiling. The team is prompt, friendly, and helpful, answering any questions I had thoroughly. (And, they loved my dog and the dog we were caring for, who loved them right back.) Hire them if you need excellent, fairly priced, and timely work done in your home.
