Kudos to Western Disaster Cleanup who responded to a sewage/water back-up in the Murray home of my friend. Having used the services of Western Disaster in my own home, I knew they were the company to call. They answered the call immediately and were at the home within the exact time frame they quoted, 60 to 90 minutes. Project Manager Preston explained their services, calmed the homeowner and called in his crew: Jake, Trevor and Jackson. Their teamwork and efficient use of time were excellent. All were pleasant and eager to answer questions. Over a 3-day period, they showed up as promised, labored relentlessly, and put my friend at ease. Western Disaster Cleanup followed through as promised. The crew worked rapidly and skillfully. Project Manager Preston was responsive to our calls to answer questions even after his team’s work was complete. The team gave us peace of mind. I recommend them highly.

Western Disaster Clean Up were so nice to work with from start to finish. The guys were very respectful of me and my belongings. They worked quick and efficiently. They explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. They even helped me find a company to do the rebuild. They worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I was very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone with a flood or disaster they need cleaned up!

After a small leak turned into a much bigger problem than anticipated, I was so thankful we called Weather Disaster Cleanup. They arrived to our home within hours of calling and had their clean up crew on site shortly after. They were quick and efficient getting the water cleaned up. Everyone we talked to was professional and extremely helpful walking us through the whole process. I hope we don’t need to use their services again but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them!
