We had a wonderful experience with Carlos from Water Damage DMV. We had a water leakage accident in our condo and had to go through home insurance, which we had no idea what we were doing. Carlos was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was very attentive and answered all our questions from the start; which we appreciated! Carlos definitely gets the job done with great customer service.

Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive. He came by and checked on the status every day and consistently responded/reached out via cell to get updates and answer questions. He was also very flexible and got fans in and out ASAP. Great service.

Highly responsive to my water leak and damage to my kitchen. Efficient in removing the appropriate areas that were damaged led to rapid drying, enabling the damage to be repaired or replaced. Highly recommended.

Carlos came in middle of night to help salvage our furniture. Work was done swiftly and efficiently next few days. I really appreciated that although insurance was very slow (10 weeks!) in paying, he kept saying it wasn’t my fault and would come thru which it did. They were great — but sincerely hope we don’t have to use their services again.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with during a stressful week after our basement flooded following a rainstorm. He was very professional, responsive, prompt and communicative. He arrived within an hour of our property manager reaching out to him, and continued to follow up with us during the week while remaining particularly considerate of (and flexible around) our work schedules, which I especially appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with unexpected or urgent water damage.

Had a toilet overflow to the ceiling below. Called them and Mr. Escobar showed up in a few hours. The mess was cleaned up in a day and they coordinated with another contractor to do the repairs. It was all restored within in a week.

My landlord hired Water Damage DMV to take care of water damage to our apartment’s floor and walls. Over the course of several days, I coordinated closely with Carlos as he removed the water, found the leak, assessed damage, and set up equipment to quickly dry out the apartment. He was very knowledgeable, and checked in/came by frequently to ensure everything was going according to plan and answer any questions. During a stressful home experience, it was wonderful to have such great service.
