We received news in North Carolina that our home in Florida had a leak in the roof. We called Dylan at Restorease and he came out there within an hour. He went into our attic, checked everything out, took videos and let us know what the issue was and what our next steps should be. All this at no cost. He was courteous, put plastic on the carpet to avoid a mess, called us promptly after finding the problem and all in all I can’t imagine a company I would give five stars to over this one. Dylan is incredible. I would recommend him and his company 100%.

Dylan and MoldEase has helped me with several mold tests on properties. The team is professional and they communicate well. Recently we had a small mold issue and they were able to help with restoration quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

What an amazing company and crew. I was recommended by my pest control to check for mold due to leak in roof and pest issue. I called and scheduled a FREE consultation and I’m so glad I did. Two men (Dylan and Max) arrived on time and called before arrival. They were OUTSTANDING…polite, professional, and very thorough. I told them my concerns and what was going on. The lead guy, Dylan was so knowledgeable. They provided this consultation for free which took a couple of hours…FOR FREE. Once complete I was relieved to not have mold but was told of issues in my attic that could be contributing to my problem. I have had many companies out due to roof and leak issue and not one of them have gone into my attic. They also offered to change my ac filter if I had one (which I did). It’s very rare to come across a company that stands by a free consultation without trying to up sell you on something. I will recommend them which I do not usually do because top notch companies are hard to come across these days. Thank you again to Dylan and Max

Makayla in the office was very kind and patient with our questions and concerns. Dylan was great to work with as well . He came out and gave a FREE inspection was caring and honest. Once we were ready for them to come back they worked with our schedule and the team that came out explained the process and what they were doing step by step. Very professional would recommend definitely.
