David doesn’t do what he says he’s going to do and didn’t keep his word on several things including a verbal agreement to adjust the quote for actual materials cost. Cost me an incredible amount of time coordinating things myself and bridging communications gaps. Really a complete PITA experience all around. The business lacks administrative professionalism, they tried several times to get me to sign a contract with missing addendums. I should have walked then, my bad.

My wife and I discovered a leak under our home and we called three different companies. Prestige NW gave us a fair quote and report to understand what was wrong and the entire process. We had a full team of very professional, hard working, and nice people working to clean it all up and fix it for us. We would like to personally thank Carlos, Rodrigo, Nick D, and Dalton. You guys rock and made the entire process easy to manage. Thanks again for the amazing work if we ever need anything again you can be sure we are calling Prestige Northwest.

Second phase (reconstruction) done. Bobby, Dane, David and Derek were excellent. Punctual, considerate, while involving us as the work progressed. The end result is a laundry room superior to the original. Fantastic job.

Professional, friendly, thorough, efficient, and extremely helpful and reassuring during trying times, really doing everything and anything to minimizing disruption for our family and our kids. We worked with Fadlle, Nick S, Nick D, Carlos, and Troy and they were all exceptional. We have been through this before, more than once, and I would never work with another group after working with Prestige NW. They handled everything and answered all of our questions. They were so kind and communicated everything so clearly to us. Unlike other places, I didn’t feel like when they left it was just “up to us” to figure out the next steps. Greatly appreciated the years of experience and the feeling that they genuinely cared about restoring our home.

Fadlle and Nick were very professional and kind. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions. They set up and cleaned up their work impeccably. They even made sure we had a temporary sink while all of the work was going on. I highly recommend this company and these two gentleman.

I worked with Fadlle (senior mitigation lead) from Prestige NW when my bathroom was flooded. It was a stressful situation for me but Fadlle always remained friendly and patient, explaining the process and answering all my questions. He was also courteous toward my belongings around the damage area.

My wife and are in the process of buying a house and had some water damage concerns. Tyler was recommended to us to come see the house. We called at 4pm, and Tyler gave us next day service. Tyler was punctual, kind, and very attentive to our needs. I would 100% recommend Tyler to come look at what you need. He also refused to charge us a dime for his time. If you need restoration services, please give Tyler a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I was impressed with Prestige NW from the beginning. After calling many companies after my water damage due to the January storm, they were the only ones who came out the next day, relieving my stress about how long I would have to wait to dry out my floors. Throughout the 4-month process, they were professional, on time, courteous, and capable. Their subcontractors were also top quality, including Keystone that did the abatement, drywallers, and Inside Out Painting. I was happy with their work and professionalism. I especially want to thank the rebuild team of Carlin, Kody, Justin, and Andy. They restored my floor in a craftsmen-like way that I can find no fault with. They were very helpful in many ways and always took the time to answer my questions. On the last day, they took 20 bags of barkdust from my garage and placed it around the areas outside so I wouldn’t have to carry them out. I thank them so much for their help and for all the people at Prestige that I was in contact with over 4 months. All helpful.

So far a very good experience. We had a bathtub leak. Fadlle H. (Senior mitigation Lead) and Nick did the remediation portion to get everything dry again. Phase 1 success! Would definitely recommend
