I would have given a review of 1 star if it hadn’t been for a switch in project manager, Evan, who did an excellent job wrapping up our basement flood restoration. Him and his team were fantastic, nice, and great coordination with us. There were several month long delays that occurred while my wife was pregnant, issues ranging from incorrect estimates, issues getting out our basement contents, coordination, etc. It wasn’t until a week before my wife was due did the previous project manager rush to get our basement to a live able, but incomplete, area of our home where we needed to set everything up before the newborn arrived. We finally had access to setup our living area the day before my wife went into the hospital. Once again, everything after that went in an excellent direction due to Evan and his team.

Responded right away to my water damages upstairs bathroom I had Ryan as my residential PM and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly and with as little distance to my family as possible.

My experience with Paul Davis Vancouver was not pleasant. I had to work way to hard to try and do business with them. 4-5 phone calls and voice message’s left over a 3 month period before a call would come back over a week or longer later. Stood up on an appointment after a text confirmation 3 days out and a phone call to confirm appointment two days out, generated by them, only to no show. My business is going elsewhere. I am not going to work this hard to try and do business with them.
