It’s rare these days to find a company that puts service ahead of selling. These guys do it. After experiencing high humidity, I called and Aris arrived the very next day to do a comprehensive assessment. He explained everything as he was doing it and offered some helpful homeowner tips along the way. After checking things out, Aris didn’t find any issues for Dry Time to resolve (but he made some helpful suggestions for an HVAC company to target). It was reassuring to know leaks weren’t behind the humidity levels – and the whole visit was complimentary! While I hope I never need their restoration services, I know I’d be confident using Dry Time in the event of an issue.

Highly recommend this company. I called them to check out the mold in my bathroom and give me a quote. Aris came promptly and not only inspected and advised, but even went above and beyond by cleaning out the bathroom exhaust fan. Turned out that the mold was surface level and didnt need any professional cleaning. He didnt try to push any sales unnecessarily, and was nothing but helpful. Amazing support — 2 thumbs up! (btw, the inspection is free no-obligation).
