Servpro arrived within hours after a tree fell through our roof, damaging several rooms. They cleaned out debris and removed water-damaged drywall and flooring, after which they thoroughly dried out the wet areas. They also tarped our roof to protect our house from further damage. They did an excellent job! They were fast, efficient, and courteous. I heartily recommend Servpro!

I had a pipe break in the wall called Servpro and two tech came out John and Edgar and they were amazing they took their time they explained everything and the process of what they’re doing very knowledgeable highly recommend

We recently used SERVPRO for a small mold remediation job in our bathroom and kitchen and they did a fantastic job! Both rooms were thoroughly cleaned of all mold and the moisture in our home was lowered to a normal level. Patrick and his crew were detailed, courteous, and professional. Riley in the office was also very pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. I definitely recommend and would use them again if needed!

The crew had a big job here. They took the room down to the studs and fought with the floor to get it out. But they were successful. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were here on time. VERY polite young med. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Everything was moved and I had no idea where anything was, so they found what I needed and brought the items to me. I am very pleased with the service we received and will not hesitate to call ServePro I’d I am in need again.

I had the opportunity to use the services of SERVPRO of Valdosta on 2/21/24. Edgar & Jaquan arrived at my house promptly, and were very polite and professional. They were here to clean and sanitize my ducts in my house that had “soot” issues, that no one has been able to identify cause of issue. They were here for almost 5 hours, and left my home in a neat and clean respect, and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this service that was offered by SERVPRO, that was recommended to be done by my AC company. Time will only tell if this solved my problem, but these 2 guys did all they could, given the situation.
