They sent someone to test the air a couple weeks ago and then ghosted. Won’t return my calls or anything. We will be hiring someone else.

Left them voicemail. Didn’t get a callback. Then I called them again. A guy answered- told me he saw my message . ( okay!!??? If you saw my message why I didn’t get a callback????). He told me he’s coming to test a mold at our house on Thursday at 9am. I said- ok. Then guess what!!!??? He DID NOT COME!!!!! I called. Then a girl answered. She told me I do not have an appointment. ( wow!!! Just wow!!). She told me the guy I talked to was the manager. And told me that the manager will call me to check what happened to my appointment. Guess what!!! HE DID NOT CALL ME!!!! What a waste of time!! I do not recommend this company!!! Also it’s hard to get a hold of someone in this company. No one is answering the phone all the time. Just keeps ringing. This company needs to close. Very very disappointing! and unprofessional!

Mitch came to our home and inspected the work but could not manage to follow through with a quote. He told us he would get back to us with a quote. Several calls and still no quote after 6 days so we hired someone else. A company that cannot even manage to produce a quote could hardly be trusted to do the job. We were under a time crunch to get the work done so we could close on our house and could not afford to waste 6 days waiting for a quote.

Amazing job, had mold issues with an apartment. Apartment denied everything. Hired Mitch and he took a test and every sample came back positive for toxic mold that causes pneumonia. Extremely knowledgeable with everything and very helpful. If you are having trouble with mold give Mitch a call! Mold was making us sick and we got out of the lease. Can’t thank him enough!

It’s not very often these days that you can expect to be treated fairly and with as much professionalism as Mitch did with our mold problem. Mitch (owner of Mold 911) was the definition of a perfect customer service professional. My wife and I just moved into a rental and began experiencing head aches and repertory problem from the first week we moved in. After investigating a small water leak, it was discovered that there was black mold in several areas of the house. My wife was pregnant with our first child and we both knew the health hazards of breathing mold. After several attempts to convince the leasing company that there was a health hazard, they wouldn’t do anything to help us remedy the situation. I called Mold 911 and Mitch really knew what he was talking about. It wasn’t a cheap test to run without cause. I decided for the peace of mind it was worth it. Upon getting the results back the very next day, Mitch told us to get out of that house at all cost. As for the leasing company, we handed them the mold report and threatened a lawsuit. We were refunded our deposit as well as moving costs. None of it would have been possible without Mitch and his expertise at Mold 911. If you are worried about mold, look no further! Mold 911 is the only choice.

I discovered mold on a holiday weekend and the Moldman was one of the only people who answered the phone! He was Courteous, on time, thorough, dependable, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. When the testing came back positive for mold he immediately called me and explained the circumstances then emailed me a written report the same day. He was at my house the next day sizing up the damage. I highly recommend the Moldman because the health of my family and home is a serious matter.
