I wish everyone who came to work at our home was as half as professional as Simon and his crew. Our finished basement flooded and CRS was there in less than two hours to remove the water and dry the carpets. They subsequently handled some necessary demo, mold removal and even got some of my drainage sorted out to hopefully prevent the flooding from happening again. I can’t recommend Simon and CRS highly enough.

Estimate was professional cost was broke for all repairs, I needed extra work done and he was on top of it right away, took pride in their work would recommend and I’ll use them again.Great job done, with cleaning and restoration , out with the old and in with the new 👍 …

We called CRS to work on a bathroom that was heavily damaged. The bathroom interior walls were covered in mold from previous damages as well. The bathroom needed to be completely gutted and rebuild as new. CRS did ALL of that! In an incredibly quick timely matter. The team was extremely professional, discrete and left no mess whatsoever throughout the demolition, restoration and rebuild. The quality of the work and attention to details from finish to start was pretty amazing. I highly recommend CRS.

Simon Reyes and his crew were pleasant to work with, competitively priced, prompt, and professional. My hidden leak (between-the-wall) was discovered after baseboard removal. Beware: the slow hidden leak was due to a cluster of substandard roof flashing, trim board installation, and clogged guttering which resulted in water infiltration through the Stucco. Not fun, but CRS made the repair process as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.

Simon and his crew did an outstanding job remediating mold and doign restoration work in my midtown home. From the very first phone call, his responsiveness, attentiveness, and communication was second to none. Every day his crews or his subs were scheduled to work, they arrived on time, and I never once had to question whether they were working hard to get the job done. Simon did a great job adapting to changes as needed, either prompted by discoveries in construction, or by the whims of the homeowners. All along the way, Simon was a careful steward of resources; knowing that we were paying out of pocket for all the repairs, he helped ensure we did what we needed to do to do the job right, but didn’t waste our money. In the end, he left us with a space constructed and finished far superior to what we had before. I have no hesitation recommending Simon and CRS for their work.

Had large area of cracked and broken tile removed in kitchen and utility. Adjacent family room, dining and formal living room were not adequately closed off so had dust everywhere. CRS cleaning crew cleaned from top to bottom and was fantastic. Would love to have them do whole house!

Simon and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our 27 year old carpets. They arrived on time, worked in a timely manner, were friendly, and the carpets look very nice. We have been customers for years and continue to be happy with their cleaning services. Would highly recommend their work.
