We had a water loss at my mom’s condo that needed immediate attention. Thomas and Dry Space were able to quickly come out, remove the damaged materials and dry the area ALL while working directly with my insurance company. They handled every aspect of the claim and were very caring. I would highly recommend dry space.

I’ve been so grateful for all of Dry Space’s assistance rehabilitating my mom’s house after a burst pipe left her with 2 feet of standing water. DrySpace’s attention was prompt, thorough, and cost-effective. They answered all of our questions, often twice, with patience and compassion. They really went above and beyond to ensure all work was completed to (and above) my mom’s satisfaction. All I can say is that I am so GRATEFUL for Tom and Dry Space Property Restoration. On Tuesday (5/9) we turned on the hose for the first time and it must have froze & cracked over winter because the pipe burst and started pouring into our finished basement. We did not realize the leak for about 3 hours so there was a good amount of water in the basement and unfortunately in the only space in basement that had fairly new carpet. I immediately called DrySpace, remembering them from a friend using them, and Tom was out in less than 1 hour with fans, extractor and got straight to work. His quick reaction and availability was key in being able to keep the damage to a minimum. We were able to save the carpet, and dry the drywall. Because of his quick reaction I was able to avoid making an insurance claim and keeping the overall repairs to a minimum. I am so grateful I called DrySpace and will keep them in my directory forever now, hoping I never need to use the service again, but if I do I know who I will call. Thank you DrySpace and Tom. I appreciate you so much. If you need this service do not hesitate to call Dryspace. You will be grateful you did.

As alot of the locals may know, we had small kitchen fire at a local pub in Shelby. It takes alot to get a restaurant back together after a horrible situation. ⁴ I received 3 different quotes from restoration companies and went with Dry space. Glad we did! Thomas and his crew killed it. From the cleaning of the floors, to the big screens, it was perfect. He removed every piece of equipment and had it cleaned offsite and returned. Our kitchen is practically brand new. No smoke smell whatsoever and the carpets look great.
