The SERVPRO of Tracy has an efficient team members that respond promptly to accidental damage to properties. The most stressful situation for home owners is when they have accidental damage to their properties. All you need in that situation is someone who can handle the situation without adding more stress and who can guide you in the right direction, and that is what Servpro does. Indy, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the process and guidelines that need to follow to mitigate the future risk to the property and explains every thing in detail and patiently no matter how many times you ask. He and his staff were very punctual and hardworking, and they handled water damage on our property in a very satisfactory manner. Gustavo and Adam were the ones who predominantly worked at my place, and they were very respectful of our requests and good at what they did. I would highly recommend SERVPRO, Tracy.

I contacted SERVPRO after seeing their ad on television I made the call and from day one Indy (owner) and his company did everything that had to be done just as their ad stated. We are very happy with their service. The tech’s that did the work were very professional and great to work with, very clean and neat. If ever needed again this is the company that I will call. My old vacation home was affected by roof leak. The entire house had moisture in walls and ceilings. Indy came out the first day on inspection with his team. Explained me well in detail the whole process of drying, mold cleaning, lead asbestos testing and final mold testing. Never knew that lead asbestos testing was required for building built before 1980s by environmental laws. Servpro Tracy stabilized the property by drying equipment as well as cleaning mold air with their HEPA machines. Their reputation talks with insurance companies. It was stressful in the beginning and then the whole process went smooth. Anxieties started to wind down. I would definitely recommend them. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

My rental property in Tracy was affected by water leak damage and little mold issues. Servpro Tracy team helped me out in restoration. Very punctual and thorough work they have performed. Kept me informed at every step. Submitted paperwork to insurance and sent me copies. Will definitely recommend this company. More than 5 stars to indie’s team.

My grandmother accidentally flooded her house and from the beginning to end this team was amazing! We called around 1pm and SERVPRO came immediately. Indy explained every step, kept us informed, were completely professional, kind and extremely fast. They were respectful with our items while boxing and moving them, made sure we knew exactly where everything was and marked every box. They left boxes and bubble wrap in case there were personal items we wanted to wrap ourselves. We would’ve been lost without them. I highly recommend using this team I would give them 10+ stars if I could! Thank you SERVPRO you saved us!
